Simply put, the individuals that make up this group think differently. The level of intention, the level of consciousness, is just different. This naturally shifts motivation. Motivation shifts approach and allows us to truly live a life of building cool things with cool people for more people.

Not every project is pursued, but instead only the most important things — what we collectively believe MUST BE BUILT.

That creates a focus around impact instead of profit generation, which in turn changes how we view KPIs.
